015 This monitor is only about 3 months old and worked fine on my Xp computer desktop till I went into staples today and had a Computer Tech add more memory to my computer. When I got home I replugged everything in, and the Viewsonic was no longer there, had to reinstall it from the CD that came with it. My computer still has no sound, no sound icon, When I go into Controll panel and click on Sounds, it gives me the message,No Audio Devices. I even wasted money on Regcure which promised to fix a sound problem, waste of money. All my wire connections are secure. I dont know what else to do. Can you advise me what to do please, I am desparate.! It is easy to fix perhaps but I am pulling my hair out with this problem. Pat H.S.015
